If a client causes damage to AIT Digital Pros or any other client, their services may be terminated without notice. Any individual or company causing harm to the country will be held accountable, and AIT Digital Pros will not be liable in such cases.

Payment Compliance:
Service delivery will proceed based on agreed payments. Pricing is subject to change at any time, as per AIT Digital Pros policies, and is deemed accepted by the client.

Legal Compliance:
AIT Digital Pros abides by the National Board of Revenue (NBR) and all applicable laws in Bangladesh, which will apply to clients without prior notice.

Data Security:
AIT Digital Pros does not store or back up client data. Services may be suspended without notice if client activities threaten or disrupt our systems. Legal actions may be taken if necessary.

Agreement Acknowledgment:
By signing an agreement or confirming via email, the client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of all Terms and Conditions.

Rights Reserved:
All rights are reserved by AIT Digital Pros.

Fees:
Clients agree to pay the total service cost as per the agreement.

Payment Schedule:
Payments must be made fully in advance or as specified in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

Service Continuity:
Services will be provided on a prepaid basis or as agreed in the SLA.

Taxes and Charges:
VAT and other applicable taxes will be adhered to as per the law.

Payment Methods:
Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit card, or other specified methods.

Late Payment Fees:
Late payment fees may apply as per the SLA.

Refund Eligibility:
Refund requests are acceptable within 30 days from the commencement of the service.

Assessment:
All refund requests will be reviewed to evaluate service issues.
Refunds will only be issued if the issues are unresolvable by AIT Digital Pros.

Negligence Clause:
Refunds will not be granted in cases of client negligence or delays.

Applicable Refund Amounts:
Refunds will be processed after adjusting service costs.
A fee of 40% to 60% may be charged for unnecessary delays caused by the client.

Terms of Service:
Services will be delivered as per the agreed terms and specifications.
AIT Digital Pros reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any service with or without prior notice.

Delivery Timeline:
Service timelines depend on project requirements. Minimum delivery times are as follows:

Lawful Use:
Clients must use the services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and these Terms.

Account Security:
Clients are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and access codes.

Service Integrity:
Clients must not engage in activities that disrupt service operations or infringe on the rights of others.
